1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the website https://bitmanager.ai (hereinafter referred to as the“Website”) and bitmanager.ai services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).
1.2. The Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.
1.3. Use of the Website and the Service by the User implies acceptance of this Policy and the terms and conditions for the processing of their personal data.
1.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must stop using the Website and not provide their personal data.

2.2. The Operator independently determines the purposes and composition of the personal data being processed, as well as the actions (operations) performed with it.


3. Composition and categories of personal data
3.1. Within the framework of using the Site and the Service, the Operator processes the minimum amount of personal data provided by the User through feedback forms, namely:
  • name;
  • Telegram username.
3.2. The Operator does not collect or process any other personal data not specified in clause 3.1.

4. Purposes of personal data processing
The User's personal data is processed for the following purposes:
  • processing and reviewing applications sent through the Website;
  • providing feedback at the User's request;
  • providing access to the trial period (free 30-day pilot);
  • sending notifications and information related to the application or use of the Service (with the User's consent).


5. Legal basis for processing
5.1. The basis for processing personal data is the User's voluntary consent, expressed when filling out forms on the Website or when registering with the Service.
5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data.”


6. Transfer and disclosure of personal data
6.1. The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6.2. Transfer is possible only:
  • with the separate consent of the User, or
  • at the request of state authorities acting within their competence.


7. Terms of storage of personal data
7.1. Personal data is stored until the purposes of its processing are achieved or until the User's consent is withdrawn.
7.2. After the purposes of processing have been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by law.


8. Use of cookies and similar technologies
8.1. The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper functioning, analytics, and improvement of the user experience.
8.2. The User may independently restrict the use of cookies or delete them through browser settings.


9. User Rights
9.1. The User has the right to:
  • receive information about their personal data processed by the Operator;
  • request clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects.

10. Measures to protect personal data
10.1. The Operator takes all necessary organizational, legal, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.


11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
11.1. The Operator has the right to change this Policy at any time.
11.2. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website.


12. Use of the Service by minors
12.1. If the User is a minor, the use of the Service is permitted only with the consent of parents or legal representatives.


13. User consent
13.1. By providing their personal data (name and Telegram username) through the forms on the Website, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with its terms.

1. Who can become a partner
  • Integrator companies, consultants, and IT companies specializing in the implementation of CRM, ERP, AI solutions, and other automation systems can become partners.

2. Registration and access
  • To participate, you must register for the affiliate program.
  • After confirmation, the affiliate gains access to a special personal account where they can:
  • manage clients and configure AI agents;
  • track client performance analytics;
  • monitor reward accruals.

3. Partner remuneration
  • The partner receives remuneration from all payments made by customers whom they have referred and whom they support.
  • Remuneration is accrued without any time limit for as long as the customer is served by the partner.

4. Use of rewards
  • All accruals are stored in the partner account and can be:
  • used to pay for Bitmanager services;
  • withdrawn to the linked payment method.
  • Exchange rate: 1 bonus = $0,01.

5. Partnership levels and remuneration amounts
  • Bronze partner – customer turnover up to $10 000/month, 10% commission.
  • Silver partner – turnover $10 000 – 50 000/month, 15% commission.
  • Gold Partner – turnover over $50 000 /month, 20% commission.
  • Individual terms are possible for partners who attract large clients.

6. Additional partner benefits
  • Dedicated support – a separate team assists partners with integration and customer service issues.
  • Marketing support – branded materials, case studies, and promotional resources are provided to facilitate sales.
  • Training and certification – partners undergo training and receive certification confirming their expertise.
  • Early access to new features – partners are the first to gain access to new platform capabilities.
  • Individual terms – personal agreements are possible for large partners.

7. Legal aspects
  • Participation is governed by a separate partnership agreement that defines the rights and obligations of the parties.
  • All customer data and commercial information are protected by confidentiality terms.
  • The program may be terminated in the event of a breach of terms or by mutual agreement of the parties.

8. Transparency of the program
  • All accruals and transactions are available in real time in the partner's personal account.
  • The terms and conditions of the program are open, transparent, and contain no hidden restrictions.
